It’s common to find Product Operations roles being fulfilled by just a single employee. A natural sense of isolation is complicated by the fact that Product Ops is relatively new thus measuring value is difficult for employees and leaders alike. Kevin built Product Operations from the ground up at Dollar Shave Club and in this talk, he will share his learnings on infusing value into the role and offer some perspective for leaders to create an environment that fosters success.
